Clear answers

What happens during the weekly maintenance visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, refill paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

What kind of spot does the unit need?

Flat, firm ground that a service truck can access, free of low-hanging wires and away from any digging.

How frequently do units get serviced?

Every rental comes with one maintenance visit per week. High-traffic sites and large teams can add a second weekly visit.

How do extended rentals work?

We assign a regular weekly service day and leave the unit in place until you tell us to come get it.

How much notice do I need for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks ahead is ideal for spring and summer weekends. Book earlier for holiday weekends.
